Ambedkar Scholarship Programme
‘अम्बेडकर स्कॉलरशिप कार्यक्रम’ परिधि फाउंडेशन द्वारा प्रतिवर्ष आयोजित एक शैक्षिक पहल है, जो मिशन प्रेरणा परियोजना के अंतर्गत संचालित की जाती है। यह कार्यक्रम विशेष रूप से वंचित समुदायों के स्कूली बच्चों की शैक्षणिक प्रतिभा को निखारने और प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से किया जाता है। यह पहल भारत रत्न डॉ. भीमराव अंबेडकर के विचारों और दृष्टिकोण से प्रेरित है, जिन्होंने शिक्षा, समानता और सशक्तिकरण के मूल्यों को बढ़ावा दिया।
The ‘Ambedkar Scholarship Programme’ is an annual educational initiative by Paridhi Foundation under the banner of Mission Prerna. This programme is dedicated to nurturing academic talent among school students, especially from underserved communities. It is inspired by the ideals and vision of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, who championed the values of education, equality, and empowerment.
उद्देश्य / Objective
इस कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य मेधावी और प्रतिभाशाली विद्यार्थियों की पहचान कर उन्हें सम्मान, प्रेरणा और सहायता प्रदान करना है। यह स्कॉलरशिप न केवल छात्रों की योग्यता को मान्यता देती है, बल्कि प्रतिभा और अवसर के बीच की खाई को पाटने का कार्य भी करती है, जिससे योग्य विद्यार्थी बिना किसी आर्थिक बाधा के अपनी पढ़ाई जारी रख सकें।
The core aim of the programme is to identify and encourage academically bright and determined students by providing them with recognition, motivation, and support. The scholarship not only acknowledges talent but also works towards bridging the gap between potential and opportunity, ensuring that deserving children are able to continue their education without hindrance.
समान अवसर नीति / Equal Opportunity Policy
परिधि फाउंडेशन लैंगिक समानता और समावेशिता में विश्वास रखता है। इस कार्यक्रम को इस प्रकार डिज़ाइन किया गया है कि इसमें लड़कों और लड़कियों को 50-50% समान प्रतिनिधित्व प्रदान किया जाता है, जिससे शैक्षणिक सहायता में कोई भी लिंग आधारित भेदभाव न हो।
Paridhi Foundation believes in gender equality and inclusivity. The programme is carefully designed to offer 50-50% equal representation to both boys and girls, ensuring fair access to scholarship opportunities and eliminating gender bias in educational support.
स्कॉलरशिप और पुरस्कार / Scholarship & Awards
चयनित विद्यार्थियों को प्रमाण पत्र, मेडल, ट्रॉफी और अन्य शैक्षिक पुरस्कारों से सम्मानित किया जाता है। प्रत्येक कक्षा से दो स्टार परफ़ॉर्मर (एक बालक और एक बालिका) को उनकी उत्कृष्टता के आधार पर चुना जाता है। शीर्ष प्रदर्शन करने वाले छात्रों को उनकी पढ़ाई में सहायता के लिए मासिक स्कॉलरशिप प्रदान की जाती है। साथ ही, सभी प्रतिभागियों को भागीदारी प्रमाणपत्र देकर उनके प्रयासों को सराहा जाता है।
Selected students receive recognition in the form of certificates, medals, trophies, and educational rewards. Two students (a boy and a girl) from each class is honored as a Star Performer based on overall excellence. Top performers are provided with monthly scholarships to help them continue their education smoothly throughout the academic session. Every participant in the programme is awarded a certificate of participation to appreciate their involvement and effort.

इस कार्यक्रम से अपेक्षित परिणामों में छात्रों के शैक्षणिक सुधार और प्रदर्शन में निरंतरता शामिल है। यह उनकी आत्मविश्वास को बढ़ाता है, जिससे वे बेहतर प्रदर्शन करने के लिए प्रेरित होते हैं। साथ ही, यह योजना वंचित मेधावी छात्रों को आर्थिक सहारा प्रदान कर उनकी शिक्षा को निरंतर बनाए रखने में मदद करती है। समय के साथ, यह छात्रवृत्ति के माध्यम से समर्थित प्रेरित छात्रों का एक बढ़ता हुआ नेटवर्क तैयार करता है, जो भविष्य के नेताओं का मजबूत समुदाय बनाता है।
The expected outcomes of the program include significant academic improvement and consistent performance among students. It fosters an increase in self-confidence, empowering learners to achieve their best. Additionally, the initiative provides financial relief and ensures educational continuity for underprivileged achievers. Over time, it helps build a growing network of motivated students who are supported through the scholarship, creating a strong community of future leaders.
