Bharatiya Samvidhan Vidyalaya is a constitutional leadership initiative committed to bringing the values of the Constitution of India to the grassroots level. We work to build constitutional literacy among citizens and prepare them for value-based leadership and rights-based action. We do not treat the Constitution as a theoretical subject. We see it as a living democratic practice that must shape everyday life. We believe in personal transformation alongside collective social change. The Constitution must not remain confined to textbooks or courtrooms. It should become an integral part of people’s behaviour, decision-making, and community participation. Our goal is to nurture citizens who do not merely study the Constitution, but live it in their daily lives.

National Engagement
Bharatiya Samvidhan Vidyalaya has been associated with the National Samvidhan Pracharak People’s Movement, serving as a Co-Host in national-level workshops and constitutional leadership development .
Our contributions include:
- Co-organizing national constitutional workshops
- Designing and coordinating structured constitutional training modules
- Supporting training sessions on constitutional values
- Facilitating leadership discussions and learning spaces
- Participating in national constitutional networks
Alongside this, we continue to organize and facilitate training sessions on constitutional literacy and leadership development at district and regional levels.

What We Are Currently Doing
Active District : Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh
At present, our active field work is being implemented in Kushinagar district, where we are developing a district-level model of constitutional leadership and civic engagement.Currently, we are:
- Organizing Constitution-based workshops, training programs, and debate sessions with youth
- Conducting rights-based training sessions with informal workers
- Facilitating leadership and accountability workshops with Gram Panchayat representatives
- Organizing constitutional awareness sessions and action planning workshops with Self-Help Groups and women
- Supporting collective discussions and leadership development processes around local issues
In addition, we have served as a co-host in national-level workshops under the Samvidhan Pracharak Movement and have facilitated constitutional training sessions at broader platforms.
